Review published curriculum

Browse published lessons, inspect Workshop Missions pathways, and understand your review access.

For curriculum coordinators with an issued coordinator account. This role reviews curriculum; classroom, learner, authoring, and publication authority are separate responsibilities.

What you will learn

  • Sign in to curriculum coordination
  • Find and inspect published lessons
  • Compare Workshop Missions and parts requirements
  • Recognize review and access boundaries

Open your coordinator workspace

  1. Use curriculum coordinator sign in

Enter your Coordinator email and Password, then choose Sign in as coordinator. Your organization supplies this account.

The coordinator has a dedicated sign-in page.

  2. Start from Curriculum coordination

Check the signed-in name. The three Review tools cards open published lessons, the Workshop Missions review surface, and the product document.

Read What this role can and cannot do. A visible authoring link on a shared review page does not grant permission to write or publish.

Choose a review task from the dashboard; learner and classroom records remain outside this role.

If you get stuck

My sign-in is denied.

Confirm you are using the coordinator account and its dedicated sign-in page. If the account is unavailable, ask your account administrator to check its status; a teacher account is a separate role.

Find a published lesson

  1. Browse and narrow the lesson catalog

Choose Browse lessons from the dashboard. Use Search and filters such as STEAM path, Challenge, Time, Hardware, or Required material. Choose Apply filters to update the results; Clear removes the filters.

Choose Preview lesson as a student on a result card to read the full lesson detail. Use the catalog’s page controls to continue through results; the visible page is not the complete catalog.

Search and filters help you inspect a manageable page of published lessons.

  2. Check the learning task and requirements

Read the lesson’s purpose, instructions, age or challenge level, and required materials before comparing it with another lesson.

Use the browser Back button to return to your filtered results. This is curriculum review; opening a lesson does not assign it to a class.

If you get stuck

There are no matching lessons.

Remove the narrowest filter or try a shorter search. If the catalog reports a load error, retry after the connection recovers.

Inspect Workshop Missions pathways

  1. Open the curriculum review surface

Return to Curriculum coordination and choose Review Workshop Missions curriculum. Use Search missions and filters such as Primary STEAM, Pathway, or Mission family.

Choose Inspect and preview on a mission to inspect its human-centered challenge, pathway, stages, and kit requirements. Compare the parts and time with the intended setting.

The review-status banner identifies mission candidates that still await review; availability in this catalog is not publication approval.

  2. Keep review separate from publication

Read the Review status message before treating a candidate as approved curriculum. The shared surface includes teacher and authoring links, but your coordinator account does not gain those permissions.

When a change or publication decision is needed, pass your review through your organization’s established process. The coordinator dashboard does not provide a publication or classroom-assignment action.

Check scope and finish securely

  1. Use the product document for current boundaries

Choose Read product document from the dashboard when you need the maintained role, learning-flow, or release-boundary description.

Return to Curriculum coordination and choose Sign out when finished, especially on a shared device. Protected coordinator access then requires sign-in again.

If you get stuck

A teacher or administrator page says access is denied.

That is expected for a coordinator account. Return to the coordinator dashboard. Ask for the appropriate separately approved account if your responsibilities change; this screen cannot elevate your role.
